Quality Process
At language-Xchange, we have developed, enhanced, and implemented a standardised translation process. Work starts well before a text arrives for translation, and continues after it has been delivered. By clearly defining efficient procedures, our quality control process helps ensure best practice every time, minimizing problems and their potential consequences.
To ensure we have the best translator working on your text, we will carefully match the translator’s area of specialisation to that of your text. During the translation process, if the translator has any questions arising from your text, your dedicated project manager will contact you directly to obtain the necessary clarification.
Once completed your text will then be checked for technical, linguistic and stylistic accuracy as part of our internal quality control procedures. Once we are totally happy with the quality of the translation, we will then deliver the translated documents to you. We believe that by following our strict procedures, we can provide you with the highest quality translations, in a timely manner.
